Converts all tab character to spaces depending on TabStops property.

Parameters

str string

Text to convert.

data StringItemInfo[]

Color data of specified string.

needData bool

Indicates whether method should return color data.

operations ITextUndoList

List containing insertion or deletion of text fragments(spaces or tabs).
